Hey There Family!!!! Well, just another fantastic week gone by in the office! Sorry I didn't write last week. I feel awful about that. Our mission got super excited about the news from the first presidency that we can call home!!! There were a lot of different reactions that I didn't expect too with different missionaries here in Portugal. Most were super excited!!! A few were nervous it would distract form their work. I was one of those that got super excited!!! I always get so motivated after talking to you guys. I feel like you guys are working more closely with me while I am out here, and it also gives me and many others to get our families more excited about missionary work. But, I understand that with this, there is a limit. I've noticed many times where the spirit has told me I need to stop something or that it is enough to where it could lead me to do something bad or be distracted form something more important in the moment. Hey there!!! So, another week gone by in the office. Wow, it feels like time is flying by so fast!!! But, the office is awesome!!! There is so much to learn here!!! I feel like I'm picking a few things up which is good.  Elder Hawkins and I have been so busy in the office, we have literally had no time to leave. With transfers coming up, there is a lot of planning we have to do. I am getting a very different view of many things that I see from here in the office.  Some people knocked on the door last night. I opened with a remote clicker I have on my desk and 2 people walked in. It was a guy named Walker and his girlfriend Cristiana. Walker was a returned missionary who became less active because of his work schedule, and Cristiana was a non member.  They were out on a date and Walker had the idea to show Cristiana the church here in Benfica and the mission office. Hey guys!!! All is well here in the office and the work is still moving forward at top speed! It is very different here in the office, I've already said that, I know, but it really is. Elder Hawkins and I got to go out a few times to teach people, but its mostly been work in the office. We got to Teach a guy named Miguel with two other brethren from our ward. He is so awesome! The lesson went well. We invited him to be baptized and he accepted. One of the members asked Miguel to make sure he understood the invite almost as if he couldn't believe what had just happened! Pretty funny. Miguel later talked to us about his family. The rest of his family, wife and 3 kids, live in Angola. He is here working trying to provide for his family long distance. It is very hard for him. He talked to his wife and his wife wanted to talk to us. He put his wife on the phone and she asked a few questions.
